ABOUT USScott E. Rice is an Ohio attorney in Columbus and Central Ohio concentrating in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Scott grew up in Eastern Ohio and was part of the first graduating class from Buckeye Local High School. He received his B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in History from the Ohio State University in 1995. He earned his J.D. from Cleveland Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University in 1998. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1999, and has practiced law in Ohio since that time.
