ABOUT US
Scott E. Rice grew up in Eastern Ohio near the small town of Yorkville and was part of the first graduating class of Buckeye Local High School. He graduated from the Ohio State University in 1995 with a major in political science and a minor in history. In 1998, he received his law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Scott has worked as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Carroll county and later as an assistant felony prosecuting attorney in Licking county. In 2002, he turned his focus to the area of bankruptcy law and since that time has been the attorney of record in over 1000 bankruptcy cases. After working for a large bankruptcy firm for several years, Scott decided to start his own practice . He wanted a chance to give his clients the individual time and attention he felt was critical. Scott resides in Upper Arlington with his wife Laurie and their border collie. He is an avid baseball and Ohio State Buckeye fan.
